Scheduling and Cancellations
We schedule work as efficiently as possible and reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety issues, or unforeseen events. Customers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid potential rescheduling delays.

Clients are responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to all work areas. Please remove vehicles, pets, and personal belongings from the service zone prior to our crew’s arrival. Kingdom Tree Service reserves the right to refuse service if unsafe or restricted access is present.

Kingdom Tree Service is fully insured for property damage and personal injury. However, we are not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing structural weaknesses, hidden defects, underground utilities, or environmental conditions beyond our control.
